我之前向AirAsia要求是延后合艾行程或改换目的地,并没要求退款哦!
现在AirAsia摆明是什么都没得改(钱当然更不可能会退还),去了回不来也是你家的事!
现在要嘛就把事情闹大,要嘛就当作打赏给AirAsia感谢他们“以客为尊”的酬劳,不然的话DIE DIE MUST GO 了!
先和朋友商量之后再决定好了!

有件事很可笑,回复我的客服(Customer Service)竟然说这次是Natural Disaster,看来她可能是直接Copy & Paste以前的电邮来回复给我。
