HEKTAR（贺达产业信托，5121，主板產業投資信托組）以4配1比例发售附加股集资以融资两项收购计划，附加股发售价为RM1.23。

这两项收购包括吉打州峇甲峇达（BAKAR BATA）的Landmark central及双溪大年（Sungai Petani）的中央广场。

根据HEKTAR主席之前所提供的汇报，这两项收购将在9月完成，而且将会第四季开始作出贡献。

所以我已预留了部分资金认购这些附加股，而下一个发附加股的将会是MKH（10配1附加股送1凭单和1红股）。
